Located throughout the property, our Deluxe Guest Rooms are also beautifully appointed yet larger and more prominently situated than our Superior Rooms, and in certain cases enjoy additional amenities such as a four-claw bathtub or fireplace.

Discreetly tucked away in the garden section of the property, our Casitas offer similar refinements as all of our Guest Rooms as well as the added privacy and luxury of a large private patio that includes an amply sized two-person bath tub, oversized outdoor lounge bed, and umbrella.

Our three Junior Suites offer gracious proportions as well as a small sitting area and in two cases offers both a four-claw bathtub as well as fireplace.

Located on the second floor of the hotel’s main building, the Winner’s Circle Suite which overlooks the pool area and central courtyard is the Colony Palms Hotel’s finest suite overflowing with charm not to mention plenty of space. The Winner’s Circle takes its name as homage to the famous racehorse Seabiscuit who was owned by Robert Howard and Amanda Leeds Howard, previous celebrity owners of the hotel once called The Howard Manor.

In addition to the many refinements found throughout the Colony Palms Hotel, the Winner’s Circle enjoys a discreet private entrance, vaulted ceilings, custom chandeliers, wood floors throughout, fireplace, separate dressing area, wet bar, private terrace overlooking our main courtyard and pool complete with a long dining table perfect for private dinner parties, a four poster bed, 32” high def LCD TV, monster size bathroom which includes our signature oversized shower as well as an exquisite four-claw bathtub, and of course copious amounts of our C.O. Bigelow bath products and piles of fresh towels.

Prominently located at the northwest corner of the hotels main building, the Palme d’Or Residence is our finest accommodation. The name of this special residence was inspired by the highest prize awarded each year at the Cannes Film Festival. Originally designed as a residence for ownership of the Colony Palms Hotel, the Palme dOr transcends todays notion of a hotel suite.

Laid out over two floors with over 1800 square feet of space, this 1 bedroom, 2.5 bath residence boasts panoramic views of our lush gardens, pool, and the explosive mountains that Palm Springs is famous for. In addition to the many refinements and luxuries found throughout the hotel, the Palme dOr Residence enjoys a private second story balcony and two separate private garden terraces with patio misters ideal for hosting a desert evening dinner party, a couples massage, or simply relaxing. The Residence also boasts a comically large outdoor jacuzzi tub perfect for the decadent anytime, anywhere spirit of CPH.

Additional amenities beyond the CPH standard include a large living room, dining room, office, full kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplace, baby grand piano, 42 and 67 plasma high def TVs, sound system throughout, steam shower with multiple shower heads, and of course our much loved C.O. Bigelow bath products and piles of fresh towels.

Children: While the Colony Palms Hotel welcomes guests of all ages, the hotel caters to an adult experience in terms of entertainment and culture. The Colony Palms provides a very intimate setting and backdrop that is not always ideal for children of certain ages. We ask that all parents carefully monitor their children so as not to affect the experience of our other guests. No pool toys of any kind are allowed inside or around the pool.

We warmly welcome dogs — a $100 fee will apply per stay. Dogs must be reserved prior to arrival in a room featuring a patio. Dogs must be under 40 pounds.

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 12pm.

All cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance.

Please be advised that a credit card is required at check-in. A hold will be placed on your credit card at check-in to guarantee all incidental room expenses. This hold can be up to $250.00 and will be released at the end of your stay. Please note that debit cards are not recommended for use since this hold will freeze funds in the checking account.
