Executive Chef Nick Tall blends his Michelin-star pedigree acquired at five-star restaurants around the globe, with his own innovative talents, to create a fresh New American culinary style. Working with you and our local farms, producers, and foragers, he’ll specially prepare custom menus for unforgettable events.
LOVE love this place! Classy elegant retro & just fabulous. Guests can be noisy at the pool--just depends on the crowd. Let's put it this way, it always depends on the weekend, crowd, event, etc just like everywhere else I suppose. The room decor is Fab & restaurant has great food.
I must comment about the Purple Plum restaurant. We ran into the Sous Chef Doug Frandsen while having lunch on his day off and soon the Executive Chef Nick Tall joined us. I knew I liked him! Anyone who put a pouched egg with pork belly on their breakfast menu is my kind of guy. We talked food. We had so much fun that we ended up changing our dinner plans and Nick presented an amazing array of food. At the end of the glorious meal, he came and sat at the table with us. Again, human to human. That is what this place is all about - far above stand hospitality and filled with kindness.

Classic, old-school Palm Springs decor complete with a view of the pool area, at least from the bar anyway. The menu is progressive, creative and very, very good. The grilled octopus as well as the duck and pork terrine small plates were particularly excellent. Service is also very good.
